Golden Retriever Girls

Thank you for your interest in our Golden Females. In addition to their talent in the field, they are happy, healthy representatives of the golden retriever breed and they have all their clearances once they have reached 24 months of age.

We breed 1-2 litters a year and carefully place our pups in working/companion homes. In addition to the females we own and co-own we occasionally lease girls produced by our breeding program. Fyre

UH HRCH GMH Doublegold Spitfire ** MH WCX GRCA OD
(Pedigree)

"Fyre" is a lovely, athletic, dark red bitch who is fun to train and run. Fyre had a successful 2005 earning her UKC UH title, passing 3 Finished hunts and finishing her Master Hunter title. Fyre is sired by AFC Honeycreeks Jammin Jaco MH, out of Sungold Pardner. She is OFA Excellent, elbows clear, and has her OFA cardiac and CERF clearances. Fyre is also prcd-PRA CLEAR.

Fyre started off 2006 by finishing her UKC HRCH in her first Finished test of the season. She earned 4 Master passes in 2006 and placed third in the third Qualifying stake she ran. Fyre earned her GRCA OD status from her 2 litters with FC AFC FTCH AFTCH TNT's Explosion "Boomer". One puppy has earned his MACH3 and was top Golden retriever in the country at the 2008 AKC National Agility Championships, another pup has a MACH, another has started his field trial career with a Master title, a 4th and 2 JAMs in Qualifying Stakes, another has a HRCH and MH title and finished the 2009 AKC Master National. Another pup was on the US Derby list with an all breed Derby 1st, 2nd and 2 4ths at 20 months of age, the same pup won an all breed 51 dog Qualifying Stake at 25 mths to become QAA and became a Canadian FTCH AFTCH in 5 trials with a win and 4 3rds at 3 years of age, and two others are working on their Senior/Master titles. Frye completed the 2007 season with a UKC Finished pass and 4 Master passes! She finished her GMH title over the Labour Day weekend with 2 more MH passes giving her a total of 15 passes to date. Fyre was bred to FC AFC FTCH AFTCH Am/Cdn OTCH TNT's Stanley Steamer MH FDHF in late 2007 and had 7 lovely puppies. The puppies have all gone to their new homes and have begun working on their field and abedience careers. One pup has his senior title and is working towards running Master and Qualifying stakes, another is aiming for a US OTCH.

After coming off of maternity leave in 2008 Fyre went back to work, running four Qualifying Stakes earning a 3rd and two CM's. She also enjoys running the occasional HRC Finished test.

Rio Heads Up Kick Start

Kikki is co-owned with Barb Loree. She is the lone blond here and is certainly holding her own with the red dogs. Kikki is bird crazy and all indications are excellent for her future.

Pip

MACH SHR Heads Up Incoming Fire Am/CDN JH

Pip lives with her co-owner Kris Garra and recently earned her MACH. Pip is close coupled with good angulation. She is also OFA good, elbows clear, CERF and heart clear, as well as prcd-PRA clear by parentage. In her "spare time" Pip is a Certified Service Dog.

Sonja

UH HR Heads Up Red Sonja JH WC

Sonja lives with her co-owner Cindy Bowers. Cindy and Sonja are active in UKC hunts and are avid upland and waterfowl hunters. Sonja is from the first of our two very successful Boomer X Fyre breedings. She is OFA Excellent, elbows clear, CERF and heart clear. Sonja is prcd-PRA clear by parentage.

Sonja was bred to our Cody in 2009 and produced 9 beautiful puppies on June 21, 2009. They are all doing well and starting to earn titles. One pup has a Derby win, and is on the US Derby list. He also has Qual placements by 20 mths of age. Another pup has a SHR and JH, another has just successfully completed his Search certification in the RCMP SAR program, others are beginning their performance careers. Reason

MACH Heads Up On The Edge MX MXJ ADHF

Reason is co-owned with Kris Garra and is starting her agility career in the mid-west. Reason is nicely put together with good angulation and in Kris's words is "scary fast". Reason is a Certified Service Dog and is prcd-PRA clear by parentage. She is well on the way in her agility career and we have high hopes for this little dynamo!

News Flash!!! Reason recently entered the GRCA Agility Dog Hall of Fame and finished her MACH!!!

Zinga

Heads Up Red Zinger MX, MXJ, OA, NAJ FDCH JH

Zinga is close coupled and well angulated, hits the water hard and is definitely a personality! In addition, Zinga is birdie, smart, and fast. After earning her JH title in 2008 Zinga enjoyed a productive hunting season.

Zinga now lives with her co-owner Jennifer DuRocher and has started her agility career. She has her MX and MXJ titles and is rapidly closing in on her MACH. Zinga is OFA good, elbows clear and prcd-PRA clear by parentage.

Hurrie

Hurrie is co-owned with Kathy Miner. She is another very promising puppy from the combination of Cody with a FC AFC FTCH AFTCH OTCH TNT's Stanley Steamer daughter. Her early work is going extremely well and the future looks bright.
